How long is each session?

Each session runs for approximately an hour and a half. This usually includes one hour for the speaker and half an hour of Q&A/ministry time.

What are the weekly requirements?

There are no weekly requirements or homework. You can complete the school at your own pace.

I am registered on a payment plan, when will the next payment be due?

The monthly payments are due on the same date that you registered. For example, if you had registered on the 18th September, the payments will be due on the 18th each month for the duration of the payment plan.

The payments will be automatically processed on the same card you had used. Any updates or amendments can be made by going to Profile > Billing > Add / Change Credit Card.

I am registered on a payment plan and missed a payment. What do I do?

If you miss a payment, Teachable will send you an email and automatically try again in 3, 5 and 7 days. All you need to do is ensure the money is in your account or update your payment method. (This is handled securely by the Teachable platform, and not by LVM directly.)

If payment is still unsucessful, you will automatically be unenrolled from the course. If this happens, please send us an email and we will sort things out.

I am registered on a payment plan and I have a new card. How can I update my card details?

Card details can be updated by going to Profile > Billing > Add / Change Credit Card.

- Under Stored Credit Cards, click "Add a New Card". After entering and saving your new card details.

- Under School I'm Enrolled In, select your new card for 'Lana Vawser Ministries'.

To remove your old card, click the "..." at the top right of your card and click "Remove Card".
